Shipping
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
- Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your VIFFOZ pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no extra cost to you.
